Biography

Tyson is Senior Research & Design Engineer for Autodesk Research in the Toronto Technology Centre. As a champion of smart and sustainable design, Tyson works directly with innovators to provide technical expertise and fabrication support to enable new ideas. He has a range of past academic and professional experience that includes everything from bespoke wood fabrication, rapid prototyping and additive manufacturing to project management, industrial automation, and IoT. Tyson can often be found learning a new skill, honing his woodworking skills, or biking the streets of Toronto in search of good food.
